How it works
- Monthly membership with no commitment: cancel online anytime, it ends at the end of the paid month.
- Pay online by card, or by bank transfer against a monthly invoice: just write to us.
- Long-term rental possible under a service agreement. Business address (domiciliation) available.
- Shared plans (Resident, The Quill, Evening writing, 10-day pack): book your desk in the ForWords calendar, two upcoming bookings at most. Changes up to 24 h before; a no-show counts as used.
- Your own office and Resident: personal decoration allowed (posters, plants, objects), with respect for the space.
- Equipment rental available (screen, etc.).
- Personal use, limited places.
- Visits possible before you sign up, by appointment.

How much is a private office per month in Paris 12 at ForWords?
Your own office costs €590 excl. VAT per month for 1 desk, €790 for 2 desks and €990 for 3 desks, all inclusive: coffee, hot drinks, fibre Wi-Fi, 24/7 access and shared spaces. No commitment.
Is there a commitment?
No. All memberships are monthly with no commitment. Cancel online from your customer area; the membership ends at the end of the paid month. Long-term rental is also possible under contract.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Paying online by card is quickest, but you can pay by bank transfer against a monthly invoice: write to bonjour@forwords.studio.
Can I visit before signing up?
Yes, by appointment. Write to bonjour@forwords.studio or use the chat on the website.
Do you offer a business address (domiciliation)?
Yes, domiciliation is available with a membership. Write to us for the terms.
What is the difference between Resident and Your own office?
Your own office is a closed office just for you. Resident is a half office: your own desk in a closed office shared with one other person at most.
Are opening hours limited?
The space is open 24/7 and secure. Only the Evening writing plan has a time slot: 6 pm to midnight, 7 days a week.
