Terms and conditions, ForWords.studio

These terms and conditions apply to the rental of workspaces and the meeting room offered by ForWords.studio. They reproduce only the rules and prices already published on the site.

1. Identification of the seller

SAS FOR TAPE (ForWords.studio), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €2,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 934 537 036. EU VAT number: FR41934537036.

2. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the rental of workspaces and the meeting room offered by ForWords.studio, as described on the site: desk / workstation by the hour, day, week or month, and Terracotta Aligre meeting room by the half-day or day.

3. Prices

Prices are shown excluding VAT:

• Desk / workstation: €10 per hour, €20 for 2 hours, €40 for 4 hours, €50 per day, €200 per week, €750 per month.
• Terracotta Aligre meeting room: €140 excl. VAT per half-day, €250 excl. VAT per day.

Coffee, water and tea are included in the rental. Additional equipment and services (86-inch touchscreen, flipchart, whiteboard, video capture, audio capture, casting setup) are available as a supplement, on request.

4. Booking and payment

Booking is made online. A VAT invoice is issued automatically after each booking and sent by email for your accounting.

5. Cancellation, refund, modification

No cancellation, no refund, no modification is possible once the booking is confirmed. Please check your availability carefully before booking.

6. Access and usage rules

Access to the space is secured by a digital code. Once your booking is made, you receive your personal access codes by email, valid only for the duration of your session.

The space is designed for quiet individual or duo work. To receive clients, booking the private meeting room is recommended to ensure confidentiality and not disturb other coworkers.

Pets are not allowed. The main access is by stairs; a lift is available through another entrance of the building, just let us know when you book. Coffee (Nespresso) and tea are available at will. A 24-inch monitor can be provided on request. No printing service is offered. The Terracotta Aligre meeting room is located in the basement.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. For professional clients, exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. For individual clients, the legal rules of jurisdiction apply.
